PC Firebug weapons don't fully reload

Reproducibility: Very rare, less than one time per map.

Summary: When reloading caulk gun or flamethrower the clip will come up one ammo short.

Description: It only happened 3 times so I can't find the exact conditions that cause it. A second or two after I reload the clip drops from 100 to 99 or 50 to 49, but the one ammo goes back to my reserve. After I reload 2~4 times in a row it eventually fixes itself.

Happened online only.

I think this is a common bug with mostly all weapons and perks, you randomly lose or gain an ammo, often when you switch weapon you can see the count change by itself for no reason.
