Field of View 90 Return?

I remember you guys saying a while back that field of view 90 would return there were just some bugs that needed to be fixed first. I was wandering if an approximate date could be given, because it looked so much better than what we have now. Any feedback is appreciated.

You can set your FOV to 90 in your ROengine.ini

If it was ready, it would be out. If a fix was ready for a bug, it would be out. An approximate date is not something that you can just give out when a solution isn't certain. If they were to give a date and something comes up, it would be pushed back, resulting in the same disappointment.

This is something not under the microscope right now, so they'll get to it when they get to it. So all they would tell you, it will be ready when it's ready.

In the mean time, there is a work around with editing the ini file.

ya would be nice to see my slider come back, 75 FOV is way too small. constantly finding people disapearing at my sides and its hard to find them again lol.

Played at 90 on eyeinfity during the beta you could cheat, clip through every wall when close they need to fix that first.

Erm... you can see through walls with a 75 & 70 FOV.

Also, please add the ability to disable sprint zooming. So the 'tunnel' effect when you sprint is what i mean.

The option in the menu just disables the zooming function when you press the key, not when you sprint.
