As tittle suggests, when swat runs with dual 9mm's, tactical movement does not apply to them.
So for now you're stuck there moving slowly when crouching or ads'ing.

When I previously asked about this, I was told that it's not intended for dual 9mm to get the skill bonus here. I was told that the dual 9mm is intended to be a Gunslinger specific "on perk" weapon. I'll take this back as feedback.

Its weird for swat to no longer have a skill bonus here, after it had it since the perks addition into the game..... even when one of his skills literally spawns you with dual 9mm and rapid fire that is lvl 25 skill that lets swat fire in real time during zed time, with dual 9mm.

There's an obvious gameplay design conflict.
