PC Double Shotgun reloads after second shot

Summary: Double barrel shotgun reloads after shhooting second shot.
Description:
IMO double barrel shotgun should not automatically reload after second shot.
Other weapons does not do this.

I had a problem with this happening in KF1 as well. I havent played much Support in KF2, so I havent noticed it in here though.

If you need to do something other than kill more things after you shoot, you've gotta wait.

If I'm not mistaken, other guns dont start reloading once you've bottomed out. I think an additional click or press of R should be required.

in KF1 this required a separate mutator.
