In HoE level, because camera shakes are too severe when you take hits by zeds or when you are under siren's scream, I turned that option off 2~3 years ago.
Now I am trying to play KF1 again, so I searched google, steam, reddit and here for 3 weeks, but I couldn't find it.
In User.ini or KillingFloor.ini, I bet I had to add something like CameraShake=False under some category if I remember correctly.
Does anyone recall this?
