i use the HLDS Updatetool...
but i can't found files to start the server :/


i have read i need the ut files...but i can't found this

have anyone links to the ut packet for the server?

can anyone help me?

You need to run the update tool again, since they released some files on the last second.

hldsupdatetool -command update -game killingfloor -dir <install dir here>

Then navigate to the /System folder and run the .bat as Mustang mentioned above.

Edit: I just realized your on linux. I have no idea then. :c(

The Linux Dedicated Server build is still not fully available, we will be releasing it as soon as possible. The Windows Dedicated Server is, however, fully available by using the command line as posted by ZzBloopzZ.

i will setup the server on my linux root...

i use this command:
./steam -command update -game "killingfloor" -dir /home/killingfloor

killingfloor:/home/killingfloor# ./steam -command update -game "killingfloor" -dir /home/killingfloor
