Console Stability Investigation - Information Needed

Agents, we are looking into console stability issues and would like your help answering the following questions:

• Can you let us know where you crashed
  • Menu
  • loading
  • in game -
    • if in game, what map and what area?
    • while doing a specific activity?
• Does it seem to happen the longer you are in the game itself?
• Does it seem to happen the longer you are in a match?

Playing on PS5 and I crash mainly in-game isn't doesn't matter what map or what I am doing ussually I notice all the NPCs no longer move or I just "blue screen" to a PS5 report crash screen. It can be at the begining of the match or at the end or even the middle. There doesn't seem to be a cause as to why its happening.

On Xbox Series X nearly every time it dashboarded me was in the end of match screen. Happened some days 3-4 times. Some days not at all. Not sure if I had searched some Times. But definitely sure some Times I was hitting the "back to menu" button, cause wanted to equip my new unlocks.

I’m on PS5 and the only times I have crashed is when loading into a map(not sure which map) my friend however said his crashes usually happened anytime throughout the whole Match

Playing on PS5 crashes seem to happen about 1 in 3 games. It usually happens towards the beginning of the match, regardless of the action or location.

It usually happens in game, it doesn’t matter what I’m doing. I could even be loading into a game sometime and it’ll crash into main menu. Since launch it’s been a lot of times. Since the update it’s been around 10 times for me.

2 days later I’ve crashed 5 times yesterday and 10 times today always when I’m in the match or just into it never before
