KF Changing GAME language only

Hi,

I would like to set Killing Floor language to russian, but keep Steam language in english. If I set Russian language in steam library -> Killing floor properties, nothing happens, but if I change Steam language to Russian, KF starts in russian. Is there any way to change the game language only? Without changing language of steam?
