Server Can I limit class selection and set levels for everyone on my server?

Trying to set up our server for a scrimmage and to make things as fair as possible. I'd like to manually force a specific number of available classes per team, and set all player honor/class/weapon levels to their max, so as a server admin am I able to do this?

Obviously this is will make the server unranked, but that is not a concern for temporary scrim/tourney settings.

"force a specific number of available classes per team" => I think it isn't possible because it's set with the map

"set all player honor/class/weapon levels" => there are two options available in the webadmin (Gameplay Settings / Clan Match) : Maximum Class Rank & Maximum Weapon Proficiency Level

My understanding of the phrases "maximum class rank" and "maximum weapon proficiency" are that they mean the maximum allowed on server are those values, not that you are giving everybody those values. Unless, like many other things in RO2, logic doesn't apply.

remember to set realism level on custum...otherwise does not work
