Event bonus cosmetic from last year's Halloween event, Day of the Zed based on designs from the Mexican celebration of the holiday, Dias de los Muertos. It's called the DOZ Companion backpack.

It emits a pretty bright pink light. I paired mine off with other purple/pink glowing cosmetics.
