Pretty cool. Internet is much more important to me and my need for information than TV yet its TV which is a legal right in Germany. Kudos to the Finish government for going with the times.
yup and if i have an TV at home i even have to pay for it regardeless if i use it or not
Just a note: Legal right doesn't make it free. With that logic, the second amendment of US constitution would mean that every US citizen would get a gun for free to carry it around.

..but it means people in outlying areas cant be denied the effort of connecting them, or price gouged because of where they live. (I'm assuming price regulation is a part of this law ..? ..certain amount of guaranteed uptime etc..)
