Constantly Crashing

Ever since the last patch to KF I have been experiencing only what I can think of as memory leaks. KF is constantly crashing on me giving me the error saying I have run out of virtual memory. It does this even after a fresh clean restart and going straight to running KF. I have done everything I can think of thus far to fix it. Everything from optomizing my virtual memory, updating my video drivers, defragmenting and verifying KF cache files through steam, defraging my hard drive, even clearing excess files to leave my HD at 1/3 empty and it still continually gives me the issue. Im at my witts end and am clueless what to do to fix this issue. There are times i can get the game going but ill have to fight for an hour on average to get in. The game starts fine but as soon as i create or join a server instant crash with the virtual memory error. At the same time the Game Overlay UI pops up and will not shut off i have to hard crash Game Overlay in my task manager to get it to close the error window. I can ocassionally get into a server and play a map but as soon as map switches the crash occurs again. I need help from anybody who can give it please. Error: message "Your system is low on virtual memory"

Fix:
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Click Performance and Maintenance, and then click System.
On the Advanced tab, under Performance, click Settings.
On the Advanced tab, under Virtual memory, click Change.
Under Drive [Volume Label], click the drive that contains the paging file that you want to change.
Under Paging file size for selected drive, click to select the System managed size check box, and then click Set.
Click OK three times.
When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Yes.

Make sure as well that there is plenty of free space on your harddisc and that its properly defragmented.

The odd thing is the crashes never happend or i never had a memory bleed until the last patch with KF No other game, program or Steam file does this. Just KF crashing and the game overlay ui locking up so i have to force crash the error window and the game overlay. The crashes have been getting more frequent now, usually ever 10 to 15 min ingame and thats IF i can get into a server without it crashing sadly.
