How can I change screen refresh rate? 60Hz on CRT is annoying... RefreshLock doesn't work...

This is becoming increasingly annoying - newer games don't have Refresh Rate in options.
To change the refresh rate,
navigate to \Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\System
Open KillingFloor.ini
Word search for " refresh "
Change all entries of DesiredRefreshRate= to whatever you want (85 in my case)
Save, run killing floor.

there is a setting like force refresh rate insite as well, make sure you select that as well. Or it might possibly still not work.

I could be wrong, but depending on your GFX-card, you should be able to force the same refresh rate for every application using their software.

As of dx10 in the default config files most brands removed the option. With dx11 it should be back ;p. Nhancer rivatuner and Ati tray tools should still be able to force it i guess .
