Great, I had a feeling with Red Orchestra having an Issue, I'd get one here. I didn't do my research and realize it was the same engine. For some reason my system seems to have an issue running it. I get this Error

Build KillingFloor_Build_[2009-02-09_10.82]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 2011 MHz with 2047MB RAM
Video: No Video

General protection fault!

History: UWindowsClient::UWindowsClient <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine <- FMallocWindows::Free <- FMallocWindows::Free

I posted in RO about the error it recieved which is... really the same.

Trust me when I say I've done everything the same. OUH! and just for giggles i when to that "can I run this" blah blah. Passes with flying colors for UT2004 and RO. recommended and all.

ANY help would be appreciate so long as you actually read what I've done on the other post. here's a short list.

Updated EVERYTHING, reinstalled EVERYTHING.

p.s. Just randomly I tried running it again and I got a -517 MHz under CPU.... incase that's giving anyone a clue...

I had the same problem a few minutes ago
I managed to fix it
Try this:
Go To -> X:\...\Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\System
Open -> KillingFloor.ini

find those entries and change them:
[WinDrv.WindowsClient]
WindowedViewportX=800
WindowedViewportY=600
StartupFullscreen=True

to those:
WindowedViewportX=1024
WindowedViewportY=768
StartupFullscreen=False
