Low fps in game

Hi guys Ive just gotten the game but I find it unfun to play due to the low fps I experience. I have the latest drivers and have tried lowering / tweaking my settings to get a higher fps but that has not done much.

Anyways my Specs are:

Pentium 4 2.8 ghz
1.5 Gb of ram
ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro

Don't give up, RO is an awsome game, also Darkest Hour (free mod) is coming soon. Look arround in the forums for the tweaks section, remember, if you bork your settings entirely, just delete the ini file and next time you launch RO a default ini file will be created. Good luck. How much is low? I'm playing with 20-25 fps and it's been always working well for me.
