Server How to show server info on the web browser?

I have searched on this but haven't got the answer.
I personally run a RO server and Korean RO community(http://cafe.naver.com/redorchestra)
I want to have the server status shown on my fansite.
How do you do that?

Thanks, but I can't add my server there.
it says it's because either I entered a wrong query port or my server is firewalled.

I turned off the Windows firewall and opened all the ports below.

7757 UDP/IP (Game Port)
7758 UDP/IP (Query Port)
7767 UDP/IP (GameSpy Query Port)
28902 TCP/IP (Allows your Server to Connect to the Master Server Browser)
8075 TCP/IP (Port set via ListenPort that your WebAdmin will run on)
20610 UDP/IP (Steam Port)

and tried the Query Port with both +1 and +10 of the join port.

but still can't add.
my server is running online of course

btw my server ip is 58.225.20.13:7757

Please help. =)

make sure you enable ports as said in the bottom section of this when you run a non default port:
