Game will not launch and I get this GPF

After the splash screen I get this GPF, any help would be appreciated

I have deleted and reloaded, I loaded Midieval Warfare 2 via steam a couple of months ago, since then is when I have had the problems.

Pretty interesting indeed although i doubt i can really help you further with the issue if thats the case. At the moment when you can run RO, so start CIV4 close start RO mess around with the use system driver section in the options and other sound settings possibly. You can possibly fix it that way.

Or look if CIV4 injected a sound driver in the main steam folder.
