yeah, thats why you invented the pancake. over here in europe pancakes look like this, period. crepes are even thinner.

The picture shows what we over here call FlapJacks, Pancakes are thick and "cake-like" Crepes are almost paper thin, my Uncle John used to make the best crepes on a special pan he used upside-down.

To make them like that... Use ratios 2 cups flour 1 cup milk 2 eggs and very little baking soda...just to make them Poof up.

It looks like my dog ate like a heap of bits of foam and food dye then brought it back up with some nuts eaten earlier.

I learned to make German Pancakes in Home Economics Class. I credit my A in the course to the bomb dizzle. Culinary inspiration from the most high.
