Agreed. I have tried it a few times with questions ranging from the unanswerable to the mind-blowingly easy and generally the guides on Cha Cha have generated very mediocre results.
I can see the novelty factor but ultimately a simple google search is faster & more efficient. Surely, the basic driving force behind searching the internet is that not only can you turn up a plethora of results - but you can also stratify the quality / relevance of the results for yourself very quickly and thus procure what you want in the least possible time. Whereas with this engine, your results are constrained not only to the relevance which the guide places on your results (which conceivably will mean they are impractical as a means to an end for the user) but also it doesn't eliminate human error as your results ( beyond the obscurity of the question) will only really be as good as the guide who is trying to find them.
Personally I can't see how it is better in any way - except as a cheap alternative for entertainment......
