(no, not "Predator", in the words of groundskeeper willy, "you want to get us sued boy?!".. so an 'alien hunter that strikes similar resemblenace to a movie/comic franchise which we shant name..)

Thanks for the comments guys- I plan on upgrading this costume even further next halloween so as to include latex/resin armor and possibly a sound system of some sort. I'll also see if I can either build or purchase a raw discus kit or combi spear so I can have another weapon aside from the shoulder cannon.

Any ideas to implement wristblade? Since atleast that would scare the hell out of people to "activate" it in front of someone.

Ah yes, good question. I may do either of the following- make some huge 14" blades that are non-retractable, buy some sturdy resin type, or find some sort of gauntlet system that supports pneumatic retractable blades.

Definitely fun scaring people, but don't plan on building a pred costume unless you're going all the way (my philosophy at least).
