Can't run RO after new update =[

I've had no trouble with Red Orchestra before; I got the new update loaded, then I tried to play RO, but I got this error. I restarted Steam, tried again, same thing. I restarted my computer, relogged into Steam, still same error. Why can't I play RO anymore? =[...

Both are deleted, and the cache verified. Currently it's updating again. Now when it finishes should I run try running RO again? I don't want to do anything that I shouldn't do >>;

I have one server that I try to join, its an Arad only server that I've played on many times but after the update when I try to join the server its showing a download for the following "Characters_anm" about 25000K and it goes really slow, ive only managed to get 1.5% and then it seems to stop responding.

So if I "Delete my animation and system folders" should this fix it?

Other then that paticular server I have no problems.

No piggy, you are attempting to join a server that is not up to date. This won't work.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! I deleted the animation and system files and now it is updating again!!!

*EDIT* - It's prolly my firewall again. I shoulda remembered from last update. :S
