getting connection failed when trying to join game

title pretty much says it all.

game worked fine yesterday. no changes made to system, now getting "Connection Failed" when i try to connect to any server.

Internet works fine, RO seems to be picking up servers okay - ie no. of players has been seen to change on refresh. Just can't get into a game.

bummer.

Well more or less.

I had the SDK installed, and did the suggested fixes. Didn't work.

So the sinple solution is to use steam to kill the SDK.

game now runs.

Edit: mods feel free to kill this now.

Suggested to me on IRC, with success:
Exit RO/Steam

Open a window to C:\progra~1\valve\Steam\SteamApps\common\red orchestra\System

Rename steam.dll to steam.dll.old

Open a window to C:\progra~1\valve\Steam

Find steam.dll. Edit: Copy.

Switch back to your red orchestra\system window and paste.

its just a steam update that ****ed it up guys just copy the new steam.dll file or wait till its fixed tomorrow or tonight probably.

here's what you can do now to fix it:
Copy the file c:\program files\steam\steam.dll to c:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\red orchestra\system\ (when asking to overwrite type yes)

then get it from the steam directory where you installed (wherever that might be)
