Yesterday I started playing Red Orchestra. Joined some server. The Map was Konigsplatz. After about 5 minutes blue dots randomly started to come up all over the map. They were only on the ground. After another 2-3 this giant thing resembling an anti tank hedgehog comes up in the middle of the map. I quit the map thinking something is wrong with the server. I join another. The Maps Kaukasus. As soon as I join these yellow lines appear all over the map. What could be wrong? I didn't change my settings at all or anything.

If you have an ATI card ,ATI Tool has the temp monitor function-you can also use it to increase the fan speed on your card http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/ATITool_0.24.exe

Not sure what to use for Nvidia its been years since i had an Nvidia card.
If it's an nVidia card that has a temp monitor in it (IIRC, all of the 6 and 7 series have them, dunno about any older cards), then there should be a tab to check it in the Forceware driver control panel.

Sounds a hell of a lot like overheating artifacts to me.
