You can not put an unrated version online for german consumers.

Ah, strange. I think that this rule only fits when the content provider is subject to german law. (Servers or office or whatever located in germany e.g.)

Otherwise I cannot understand why there are downloads available for me from the international well known gaming sites and still noone is arrested.

Best thing would be to engage a lawyer, but of course... who wants to pay him...

And according to some information I've been reading, there is a german political figure who thinks the USK is not effective and wants to remove all violent shooters from the german market completly.

That's what some politicians say. But some people don't make laws. It is not that easy, fortunately.

So let's talk about that when those people get to grips and there are traceable facts. At least I don't believe in any action regarding this issue...
But we'll see.

Long story short: It is not going to happen. There will not be a "uncut" German version, nor a "semi uncut" Madagascar version.

You guys think it may be possible, but you obviously have no idea how a USK/PEGI/WHATEVER rating works.
