Does anyone actually like the kill cam? I leave immeadiately once I notice the server has kill cam on.

It's server side option and since 95% of servers have kill-cam disabled, I don't see any reason to rage.

I haven't seen a killcam-enabled server be populated in the US in a long time now. The player base has spoken pretty clearly on that one.
I think it performs a useful service for educating new players on the gameplay, but the game plays better with the training wheels off.

don't like it. I mean, yeah sometimes when I die I'm like where the crap is that guy, but it feels cheap actually finding out where he was through killcam.

It's a ridiculous feature. It's training wheels, thing is you have all the right to laugh at someone who's in their mid-twenties and rides a bike with training wheels.

No question for me I hate it and the reason being is two fold
1:It gives away my position
2:It takes some of the challenge out of the game for me.I always enjoy trying to find the shooter by process of elimination.Narrowing it down to fields of fire until I pin point his position it may take a few deaths but,usually I can always find the effective blocker and take him out.

I don't like it. However if it helps newcomers get used to the game and its only on a few servers I don't mind it. A friend who I talked into buying RO1 hated the fact he never knew where it was coming from. I managed to talk him into RO2 and as someone above has said it is 'training wheels' and they soon come off. It just helps people get used to the realistic style of play.

Killcam is as stupid as it gets. It should be removed completely. In that way you wont take the risk to encounter any of the 10% of the servers that actually uses it.

Hate it. If I am desperate or playing with a friend I might stay on a server that has it, but my preference is always without.

I liked to be in servers with kill cam enables, but thats because this was my first non casual game. I tried to play in hardcore servers and now i cant play in normal servers. Now i hate the killcam, but i understand that newcomers want them, because the first time is really hard.

As stated, there are quite a few Euro realism servers with kill cam on. I basically made this thread so that server admins can realize how unpopular this is and take it of their servers.
