How about a pause-function for online ?
And now i dont want to hear any : Theres an admin comand for that !

Im talking about something like : All press ESC and game is paused .
Pretty many times it failes because someone needs to go afk short and then the game is ruined . So what do you think ?

Imagine a football game being paused, because one of the players needs to take a crap. It can ruin game's atmosphere. I don't like admin's pauses too. Plan your game, but if you need a short break, warn teammates about afk and hope they will protect you.
However, I accept idea of vote-pausing in the trader time. Single game takes significant amount of time, we all are humans and most of us has social obligations (like family, home, work etc.) and physical needs (wc, take another beer etc.), so if teammates are ok with it, it should be possible to pause the game.

ot: In soccer, when a goalkeeper needs to pee, the game has to be paused. In KF the goalie could be the one with most kills or kind of that.
