Is this thread still being looked at? We're currently sitting around paying a few hundred a month for a dedicated box to run your game on that is completely useless while the IP's allocated to it are unranked. Thanks!

Same as us. Our secondary server that has less slots doesn't seems to go unranked but our primary server with more slots randomly goes unranked for a while and then ranked again for a while and round and round...

Would be nice to have a comment from TW on why this is happening.

Add ours to the list as well. WE were ranked and then at the end of a map it says we're unranked and our server population tanks.

We get our server from one of your Preferred server hosts. Paid the extra so we could be assured of a ranked server...
