[Error] D3DCOMPILER_43.dll

"D3DCOMPILER_43.dll is either not designed to run on windows or contains an error."
this is the error I get when I run ROGame.exe
when I launch through steam nothing happens
I updated everything reinstalled the game
any help?
-edit ran ue3redist, updated directx, verify integrity of game cache. nothing works
strangely this also happens to me with sanctum and monday night combat (both of which are UE3 games)

I had the same error as you, d3dcompiler_43.dll I followed the above advice and got it to work. I know it doesn't help you but maybe will give you motivation to try it all again. Thanks guys!

I still believe it has something to do with unreal and not the game itself since MNC and sanctum both fail to run.

It's says: MSChart failed to install.
