Handle Is Invalid Error

Handle Is Invalid Error

Pretty much whenever it crashes AND it gives me a crash report (this doesn't always happen, sometimes it just up and quits on me) I get a "Handle Is Invalid" error. It happens pretty much any time during gameplay, but if I persist and try to rejoin the server I was on, it will crash again immediately upon my spawning on the map. Offline works just fine. Windows Task Manager will show the problematic program to not actually be RO2 but Unreal Engine 3, so that might have something to do with it.

Errors aside, it's a fantastic game

Crash on starting splashscreen after patch downloading. Cash check and deleting \config directory doesn't fix this. This is just not funny.

Problem was solved by complete deletion of \RedOrchestra2 folders in "\Steam\steamapps\common" and "\My Documents\My games" directories. But I'm not the only one with this problem, so let the post stay.

My game doesn't work anymore, it crash about a minute after I press : Server Browser button. it loads the server and then crash. I sent several reports, ( trough the automated report system )

I am unable to upload the Dump file.
I try uninstalling and re-installing, to no success.
I try verifying the game content trough steam ( and repairing ) No success.
It only started today.

Nothing else was open but the game.
My computer got a full defragmentation this morning
It got clean up also.
Connection were check and everything works.

This is probably a problem coming from the new patch, I ketp getting session banned also ( my internet connection works fine )

Thanks for checking this up, this is all the information I can think of. and im sorry I couldnt provide the dump file.

CTD when operating a tank. I just scored a kill on Russian tank on the map Red October Tank factory. This is not the first time I CTD playing a tank. Actually the only times I recall crashing are while playing a tank so its rather annoying because I like playing tanks. I tried uploading the dump file but it doesn't go through. I looked at the dump file and its titled "unreal-v7258-2012.06.04-00.39.01" but its 0kb so something is wrong with the crash dump report on my computer you may have to resolve.

The editor crashes quite frequently when opening a map. Doesn't always work to reboot or "fully load" until external packages is greyed out.

I see that at the end in the log it says things like:
(filename not found) [in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Red Orchestra 2\binaries\win64\rogame.exe]

That file obviously exists, though in a different case.

Crashes since beginning of August

Crashes since beginning of August

The game crashes everytime I try to connect to a server. I press the Server Browser button, the server list appears, I choose a server, it start to load and then it crashes. I sent many time the crash report and I also opened a ticket in the Customer Support, but no answer... My system:
Intel i5-2400
8GB RAM 1033
SSD Samsung 830 128GB
Radeon HD 6870
Windows 7 Home (language: German)
Location: Belgium

Please help me, it is a great game and I cannot wait to play it again!

Crashed in multiplayer at anytime

Crashed in multiplayer at anytime. The game quits unexpectedly.Not have a specific event that causes the problem.Steam tab, Properties / Local Files / Verify Integrity of Game Cache, always reports a corrupted file and downloads this file but the game keeps closing

After the patch, my game stopped working. It crashes about 10 seconds after joining a server 100% of the time.

This is all it says:

RO crashing

RO crashing

Here is some dump files from when RO has stopped working for me the last couple of days. The game will just stop working within 10 seconds or so when getting on a server.

Ro2 dump file, pc crash.

Ro2 dump file, pc crash.

Oke, after a few minits of playing the game freezes and the only thing i can do is turn of my pc. on my old pc i had the same problem now i got a new pc and the problem exist.

i tried many fixes but nothing worked.
many say it has something to do with the realtek audio.
