After a day of looking through the sound archives at Sovmusic.ru, I stumbled upon a 'new' mp3 of the Soviet partisans' oath. I thought I would share it.

Text (rough English translation): I, a citizen of the Soviet Union, a loyal son of the heroic Russian people, swear to not release my weapons until the last fascist bastard on earth will be destroyed. For the burned towns and villages, for the deaths of our children, for the torture, violence, and ill-treatment of my people, I swear to retaliate brutally, ruthlessly and relentlessly. Blood for blood! Death for death! I swear that I will/would rather die in a brutal battle with the enemy, than give myself, my family and the entire Soviet people into the slavery evil of fascism!

Some love for the Yugoslavian partisans:

"We, the people's Partisans of Yugoslavia,
have taken up arms to wage a relentless struggle
against the bloodthirsty enemies
who have enslaved our country
and are exterminating our peoples.
In the name of liberty and justice for our people,
we swear that we shall be disciplined,
persevering and fearless,
that we shall spare neither blood nor life in fighting
the fascist invaders
and all traitors to the people until they are
completely annihilated."

And let's have the lyrics to go with it. The version sung above actually describes the irregular fighters of the so-called Far East Republic during the Russian Civil War. I've bolded the English to make it easier to read.

Through the Valleys and Over the Hills

Through the valleys and over the hills
Marched onward a division
To capture in battle the Primorye (Vladivostok region) -
The stronghold of the White Army

The banners were covered
In the red of past-bled wounds
Marched the daring squadrons
Of the Amur partisans

The glory of those days will not fade
It will never disappear
The partisan units
Occupied the city

And it will remain like a legend
Like an inviting beacon
The nights of assaulting Spassk (city in Primorye)
The days of Volochaevka (town in what is now the Autonomous Jewish Oblast and the sight of a large engagement in 1922)

The atamans (cossack leaders) were crushed
The Voyevod (archaic term for a military governor; no doubt disparaging in Communist rhetoric) was driven out
And on the Pacific Ocean
Their campaign came to a close.

the remake of this song was extremely popular in yugoslavia:

Po šumama i gorama - Through the forests and (over the) hills

lyrics (i'll try and give you a literal translation):

Po šumama i gorama
naše zemlje ponosne,
idu čete partizana,
slavu borbe pronose!

Through the forests and (over the) hills
of our proud country,
companies of partisans are going,
glory of the struggle they bring/carry!

Neka znade dušman kleti
da će kod nas slomit' vrat.
Prije ćemo mi umrijeti
nego svoje zemlje dat'!

Let the damned/sworn enemy know
that he will break his neck here.
Sooner shall we die
than give our country (to him).

Kaznićemo izdajice,
oslobodit narod svoj.
Kazaćemo cijelom svijetu
da se bije ljuti boj!

We shall punish the traitors,
liberate our people.
We shall tell the whole world
that there rages a fierce fight/battle!

Crne horde nas ne plaše,
krv herojska u nas vri.
Mi ne damo zemlje naše
da je gaze fašisti!

Black hordes don't scare us,
blood of heroes boils in us.
We shall not let our country
get trampled by the fascists!

edit: in the second verse, it could mean sworn enemy instead of damned enemy because kleti is quite an archaic term today and could stand short for prokleti (damned or cursed) or zakleti (sworn or vowed). either fits rather well.
