Will the M32A1 be back?

I hope it does make a return, just a bit depressed it may not be able to liquidate even a hoe fleshpound in a single burst. If you go by an educated guess of demo 40mm grenades dealing 350 damage, same as kf as mando HE nade does the same damage as basic grenade in kf1, you get 25 levels of 1% extra, most likely some perk ability for maybe 10% extra damage. So 350 x 1.35 is 472.5.

Fleshpound is now stronger agaisnt explosives with more health and only 1.5x multiplier leaving you at 708.75 a grenade meaning it may take 12 nades to liquidate a kf2 fleshpound. Im certainly as impatient as it gets wanting to know how demo is going to work in kf2.

Hmm...wasn't the Rocket Launcher a Tier 4 weapon in KF1? It took all the place in your inventory and had a huge blast radius.

Yeah it was heavier but it was also cheaper, i would expect cost to be more important in the factor of tiering for kf2 due to the very rigid pricing scheme whereas weight can be much more fluid, for example a dbs is lighter than the sg-500 but of a higher tier, it's the only example so far i know but an example nonetheless showing that it isn't a perfect pattern.

The m32 would be fantastic, and I doubt the RPG is the T4 (I only say this because T4 weapons look like versatile death-machines to me, an RPG can bust a tank but that's 1 shot before reloading) so an m32 is a good candidate in my eyes.

Only other real world example I can think of would be an M202 FLASH, but tehnically it's a firebug candidate too as it's an incendiary rocket launcher. Would be nice to have a 4 barrelled rocket launcher though.

A multitubes rocket launcher would justify the weight and price , I agree! And I'm not against a multiperk weapon, but later.

I doubt the RPG-7 will be T4 as it won't be able to deal with zeds effectively (better to deal with a large group or a big zed ) but I think it will actually be a nice backup (it doesn't look as heavy as the LAW in the first game) so it might ends up being used as a powerful tool to blow the **** out of everything, then you can take something else (M79? The T4 weapon? An off-perk one?) to clear out what's left. That's how I see it.

Yeah, RPG to me screams big guy killer mainly, that's the image it gives me anyway as it's an anti-tank weapon with armour penetration as well as only having the one shot; Something you can whip out and slam someone with, like an emergency 1-round pulverizer.

What interests me more honestly is what a Demo's T1 would be. Explosive damage is a certain thing I'd say, but it can't be a death dealer right out the gate. So what could it be? An explosive weapon on par with the crovel, AR-15 etc.

I Stand by my hope for some kind of gyrojet/micro rocket carbine or a FRAG-12 type round

And i feel the RPG-7 is going to be pretty low actually, it's no LAW, more like a buffed M79

i feel like we'll see:

T1/Starter - Something totally new
T2 - M79
T3 - RPG-7
T4 - M32 MGL or equivalent

I'd also like to see a frag-12 shotgun of some kind! Didn't even think of gyrojets, crazy idea I like it.

About the RPG, I'd say it'd do a lot of damage. My guess is it'll be the answer to FP's not going down; A good thing to have with double FP. But it could be heavy, and it will be more of a liability than anything in a large mob scenario because of that 1 shot reload.

LAW was like that if I remember right, but that might have been before demo.

i hope we have a grey m32 again as it looked great and i really dislike the khaki coloured m32.

i just want a pump-action grenade launcher like gm94 or chinalake though.
preferably gm94

would be a shame to have silly fictional weapons before we have all the cool real weaopns that demo could use.
unless you mean real world gyrojet weapons which were just useless experimental rubbish and not really anything demolitions about them and afaik hasn't been anything good developed with that technology.

be much cooler to have something like paw 20 which is almost like a real life bolt rifle.

"assault rifle cannon" lol :D

explosive ammo would be good but i'd prefer for support to be able to buy some explosive shot for a gun and demo's assault rifle should just have underbarrel launcher.

will be interesting how many sohts rpg takes to kill fps.
remember when comparing to law and m99 that law was 10 rockets and took up whole inventory and m99 was 25 bullets and took up whole inventory.
maybe rpg could be balanced to 1-shot fps and have low weight if can only carry 3 or 4 shots.

Gyrojets/micronades/HE Rounds would be fine, given that we have a full suite of caseless weapons INCLUDING A SHOTGUN.

Which are also equally useless in real life, but a "Fixed" version as a thing in a sci-fi game like KF would be totally fine.

Something like the PAW-20 with 20mm 'nades would be basically a demo answer to the AA12, which wouldn't be a T1 but would be an awesome T3/T4

And i -REALLY- hope we don't have an AR again as demo. with the way perks are now we can just use a bullpup or AK12 alongside a normal explodey gun and be totally fine.

something cool would be a cut-down shotgun shooting FRAG-12's as like a mini pump-action nade launcher for a T1. Lowest ammo count of the starters but like a 2-3m blast radius for mild damage would be interesting to use.

If Demolitions gets elite reloads, the M32's should be this;
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3GdB9wCNIho&feature=youtu.be&t=22

I'm imagining some disembodied arm giving you ammunition as you reload the weapon.

I'd vote for the XM25 to be the tier one weapon. Since it fires the smaller 25mm grenade instead of the 40mm grenade of the m79 or m32 from a 4 round magazine, it would have less explosive firepower than the larger weapons but be a nice trash cleaner.

Should it be a T2-3 then? T4 are supposed to be the ultimate weapons.

You could still get a M32+an XM25 to save your ammo on junk.
