Is that possible to make it clien-side or in Steam Workshop for everyone who wants these custom player models? I mean, for example NKVD officers for Soviet Union or Navy forces for the map Odessa etc.

Otto. You've gone way too far with this. Your constant asking about it isn't going to get it done any faster and to be quite honest, is getting on a lot of people nerves. The people making these skins will inform us on their progress. In the mean time could you please stop incessantly badgering them? I understand you want them released, we all do... But we aren't going out of our way to start making threads about them,
