looks like some of the vertices didnt get included in the physique modifier.
but i dont know how to fix that, i have had no luck with animating.

That could be a problem...

I'll try and export again, the siren I exported seemed fine, so lets hope it was just a bad export or something, but knowing my luck it won't and i'll be doomed

Regarding the mapping, did you have anything specific in mind? As in any specific theme or type?
