Server UT2004 server setup

Hi,

I bough a server from b2netsolutions.com
It uses SSH and FTP
Basicly whenever I host a server it uses default KF settings (Cash: 300, Players: 8)
But then when I look in the KFMod20.ini file it says StartingCash:600

I've tried ./ucc-bin server -mod=KFMod20 ini=KFMod20.ini
./ucc-bin server -mod=KFMod20 ini=/KFMod20/System/KFMod20.ini
but nothing will work

Can someone please help me
