Server Upload speed to low for dedicated server?

As the topic states, am I out of luck if I wish to host a dedicated sever? I know in other games such as TF2 I would be in trouble, but in KF its only 6 people total, so perhaps Im in the clear.I really dislike my ISP but there is not much I can do about it at the moment.

KF by default probably uses a max of 10KB/s per player
Although it probably afer to keep a bigger overhead, and set the maxinternetclientrate in the ini to something like 6-8kB/s per player.
