UI suggestion for medic specifically

A simple suggestion really: Have a pulsating cross over an injured teammate that requests healing.
The color corresponds to how much health he has left (like in the tab view) but also the pulse intensity becomes stronger, the lower the health of an injured played is.

With this much chaos, some "medics" are quite blind to the heal requests (and white icon doesn't help at all either)... So this simple aid could save lives literally.

Medic positions himself for the team. VC of the player can say I need healz. Rambo players away from medic do so at their own peril.
