Probably people will go back to calling him patty most of the time once he is actually released. Hans at least still looks mostly human apart from all the metal bits and is called Dr Hans Volter in game but the Patriarch looks more monster than man and is named as such. That and Patty is much easier to type in the heat of the moment than Patriarch.

I know that his real name was Kevin, but we're talking about the monster with a chaingun, not a scientist/CEO. It's kind of dissonant to call a threatening menace something so mundane.

It has been known since the beginning of KF1 that the Patriarch was Kevin Clamely all along. But then with the End of the Line update we discovered that the Patriarches we fought for all this time were merely clones of the real Kevin.

that would be too awkward and not surprising, siren is not that loved by the Community.
As the Trader Ouotes said, she can summon an electric field and she can suck players into her ""suit"".
after a while she will leave the suit when she has taken enough damage (im assume she has phases like hans, patriach (3 times) and last one will be her ""true form"")

I just hope he, the Patriarch, doesn't get steroids like the scarke and fleshpounder. His sihlouette from Biotics Lab suggests he may be a bit bigger... Then let's not forget his curtained hair & 70s Porno mustache... I guess his old style doesn't fully fit the feel of the game anymore though... *sigh*

I would not think she would be a uber clone of Kevin's wife, maybe it could be Kevin's actual wife or maybe a scientist that helped Kevin turn him into the patriarch.
What if she was the true evil and she worked with Hans to create these things and the Patriarch's mind is just corrupted from the transformation?
