Level Design Trees, please

Hey, does anyone have any non-packaged pine/conifer trees they can share with me? I'd like to be able to use the "CombineStaticMesh" tool with them to save on draw calls. I tried using the ones from Bridges of Druzhina but they can't be combined as they're in a cooked package.
