Offperk? :S
It's pretty pricey, heavy, and even sharps complain about the sights on it. I would've thought there'd be much better weapons to use *cough* LAR

uh, yeah it can be, you can flinch lock scrakes off perk and take out just about any trash/medium zed in a couple shots. recoil is harsh, but if you dont spam you should be alright.

Flinchlocking scrakes is fun, although difficult (and I would've thought dual HCs would be easier way to achieve it?), and I would've thought if you weren't firing fast, the LAR would be as good at taking out trash zeds? And get you there for a fraction of the price.
