[store] Multiple Purchases - Not Items

I've just tried to buy one of the cosmetic bundles from the in-game store but the Steam page locked up mid flow. I tried again; same deal: Steam page locks up and no items listed in inventory.

Steam now reports two successful transactions and funds have been deducted twice. Nothing registers in-game for either.

Seeing as I tried to order the same cosmetic bundle, which you would normally only be able to do once had the transaction completed cleanly, I'd like to be refunded the cost of the duplicate. All necessary transaction details can be provided.

(I also tried to get a password reminder sent on my old forum account but that doesn't seem to be working either, hence this newly created account.)

Items have now appeared in game; two sets of everything. Refund for duplicate still required.

How did you contact support? Got an email adress? The support site does not seem to have any contact feature, only a knowledge base.
