[Tuning] Sort out the artillery and protection zones

Just played Spar*** As Allied commander, placed arty on the gullies, and it started to fire, the axis capture the gullies and then it says its an invalid target

I mean cmon what are you supposed to call your arty on? your own troops? We still help the church why cant we arty the gullies? Needs fixing big time, you have to be able to soften the target with arty before you attack but on this map if the axis capture a zone you cannot fire arty on it, except for the church when they have, which is stupid because it is there spawn point

And get rid of the protected area, if one side can be in an area then both sides should be allowed, protect spawn areas by all means, but its no good having a protected area where snipers can just camp or heavy MG and you cant get into the area to take them out because you get fried by a protected area, or you are capturing a zone only to be fried because the zone behind you got captured.

And while I am at it sort out the PPSH the recoil on it compared to other guns is ludicrous, people hip firing with a DP29 or an MG34 get less recoil, the Axis already have the more advanced weapons no need to give the PPSH more artificial recoil over the other guns. The PPSH did not have anywhere near that amount of muzzle climb because of its compensator, its why the Germans loved it so much
