some issues with dedicated server

Hello. I have two issues when running dedicated server.
1. after a first map change, the server switch mode to survival, hard and short game.
2. in server browser on lan it shows 50-100ms of ping to my server. Ingame is ok 4-10ms.

How to change this to europe?
4. What settings I need to change in next instance of a server to be able to work normally (what ports and where that is)?
5. How to disable seasonal skins permanently while the server can be taken over?

6. Has anyone had a problem with maps that have progression? The elevator shafts don't open after some wave.
