I was wondering if Tripwire will be releasing the .uc files for RO2 at some point, which we could use to reference when working on mods. I attempted to use the BatchExport commandlet, but have been unsuccessful so far in getting into the scripts.

They will be, yes. It will be with the full SDK and that will be released in the next few days.

Tripwire, however given the problems that the game has been having, I think it's safe to say that the original planned SDK release has slipped somewhat in favour of fixing the critical issues. I don't have an exact ETA for you I'm afraid.
