Server redirect help and ucc compressing

for the life of me i cant figure out how to compress the map files to uz2, i have downloaded all kinds of tools but seems none wanna install on windows 7 64, only one is uztool but says unable to find ucc in my system folder, and when i create one it gives error ('ucc' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.)
this is what i have in the properties start line i have on the bat file.
"D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\red orchestra\System"

so im lost everything looks right to me and i have done it many times.

my redirect is sooooooooooooooooo slow look at screen shot and see if i have done it right, i have tried many differ ways. im sure its the file set up. some input would be awesome.

where can i find tank only maps for download, can you use the cache files that i have downloaded from joining tank servers and convert to uz2. hope that makes sense. lol

You may need to get your provider to enable Mime type for uz2 type files on the redirect.
Try uploading an uncompressed map, change compression to false in the .ini, and see if that map will download.

ps;maps and other files do not necessarily need to be compressed to be able to download from a redirect, but they will download slightly faster if they are.
I don't use compression at all on my servers, and they download just fine.

ill try that with out compressing, as far as the target line line goes for the redirect should i use the ip or the .com addy?

The setup works fine, use the .com address, without the forward slash on the end.
