Console Prosperity Sands Landmark BROKEN

I've been unable to 100% the game due to this single bug.

It's the landmark outside of the concert area in the top end of the map of prosperity sands

When going past normal and using the sense button there's no sign of it.
When highlighted on the map it's showing the icon for the landmark being in the ground.

I'm unable to hit it at all.

i tried compressing the picture of the bug but it said the file was too big to post sorry.
