The 7800GTX core is 490MHz in 3d mode.

Works great with 1280x1024, everything on max, vsync on and 4xAA and 8xAF.

The lowest I get is about 40 or 50 but usually it's capped at 75

I have similar specs and similar frame rates. If I play the map in offline mode without bots I get about 50-70 FPS with everything on max, 2x AA 2xAF and 1280x1024. So I think it's rather CPU limiting.
