RO2 Particle effects help?

Things like bullet impacts are determined by the PhysMat associated with the Material of whatever you are shooting. Unfortunately, we as modders/mappers are pretty much only able to use the pre-existing PhysMats provided by TWI, so putting in your own bullet impacts are pretty much out of the question. But if all you want to do is give a material that you made a bullet impact effect that is already in the game, you just have to assign an appropriate PhysMat to your material.

Things like dust and snow in the environment, however, are totally different. You can make those however you like.
