What about a new gamemode: protect the trader.
In the current game you have just have a trader which opens after every wave, what about a trader thats constantly open, but new enemies constantly spawn, that plus you need to keep her safe. If enough enemies make it to the trader and she gets killed the game will be over.
Ofcourse the problem here is how do you make people still move and not camp outside the trader.
While i thought off this: occasionally the trader will move to a different shop location, during this she will walk away from the current shop to the other shop.
What will be good about this gamemode:
It will promote team play, if everybody goes buy new ammo at the same time the trader will get swarmed and you all die and thus lose. People will need to relieve each other so that they can restock and maybe get a better weapon. I think there have to be either more enemies or a small reward for each kill to balance for the constantly open trader so that you potentially still can run out of ammo and to stop pipe bomb spam, make it so that they have to be recharged before they can be bought again ofcourse after an initial set amount that can be bought.
