Module Packages & In-game management?

It would be nice if mods could be packed into 'modules' or simply kept in a separate file structure like /RO2/mods/modname/ with the ability to de/activate them from somewhere within the game. Of course switching to a major mod would more than likely require you to restart the game. It could do so upon activating the module(s) with or without a prompt.

This could reduce some of the headache that often goes along with installing third party mods.

actually wouldn't mind this. at the very least, being able to check all the major mods to see what servers are up without having to resort to the steam server browser :p
