Looks good. Couple of suggestions:

Maybe add a scar or 2, also give him some blood/dirt/grime... mess that pretty face up a bit. Not too much though, he just looks too pretty at the moment! Like I said, just suggestions.

Agreed, kick his face in a little and maybe add some tone or something because right now it looks like his head is glowing.

Reminds me of HL2s chars which is a good thing.

Agreed. So he would more look like a real survivor who had to fight for his life. Hope you can release it soon.

He was a military before, so a few bruises, scratches and/or scars wouldn't hurt, like said previously.
Also, better make sure that his face isn't too square or too big, to fit when his mask is on.
And to the skin tone, it is a lot paler than this, more dead-like...
